1.更新libarkapi库添加视频软解以及修复频繁调用arkapi_video_init和arkapi_video_release接口导致的小概率花屏问题;2.更新mplayer解决特殊flv视频以及带有专辑图片的音乐文件造成的内存泄漏问题;3.修复应用调用arkapi_video_play接口len参数大于1MB导致的内存溢出段错误问题;4.更新carlink适配最新的libarkapi的库。(备注：更新该递交后如果应用有涉及libarkapi库的调用需要使用更新后的头文件和库文件重新编译)

be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
